Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy
Thank you for supporting LEVITICI. We are grateful for your support and are committed to serving you with integrity, fairness, and care. If an issue arises with your order, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly and thoughtfully as possible.
Please review the information below regarding exchanges, store credit, and return eligibility.
Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order/items immediately after delivery.
If any of your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Return Request Window
We offer a 14-day return request window on most products.
You have 14 days from the delivery date (per tracking “DELIVERED” confirmation) to request an exchange or store credit.
Returns for Refund
As a small business, we do not accept returns for refunds at this time.
In rare cases, exceptions may be granted due to special circumstances at our sole discretion.

Email Requirements
Subject Line:
Order # — Exchange Request
Include:
- Item name
- Requested size
- Fit feedback (helpful for product improvement)
- Example: too tight in chest, too short, too loose, etc.
Damaged or Defective Items
Subject Line:
Order # — Damaged Exchange Request
Include:
- Item name
- Description of damage or defect
- Photo(s) clearly showing the issue
After Exchange Approval
Once your exchange is approved:
- You will receive return instructions and the return address.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will typically notify you within 2–3 business days.
- You will confirm the replacement item via email.
- Exchanges are processed and shipped typically within 3–5 business days (can be up to 10-15 business days depending on stock on hand) after confirmation.
Store Credit
Store credit may be issued if:
- A replacement size is unavailable, or
- A damaged/incorrect item cannot be replaced.
You may choose to:
- Wait for restock, or
- Receive store credit (applied to your account or emailed as a code at our discretion).
Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

We will typically respond within 2 business days to resolve the issue.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:
- Item must be new, unworn (try-on only), unused, and unwashed
- Original tags must be factory attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Please Note:
- Items showing signs of wear or washing may be denied.
- Items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements will be denied and will not be returned to you. Please be sure you would like to proceed with a return knowing the item may not qualify. If you are uncertain, we encourage you to consider donating or blessing someone in need with the item instead.
- Missing tags, accessories, or packaging may result in a 20% restocking fee.
What happens to denied items
Items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements and are not returned to you as noted above.
- If an item is in clean, good condition and free of damage, it will be donated to one of our partner outreach organizations.

If an item is damaged or unusable due to wear, improper washing, or product alteration (including bleach, scented detergents, or fabric softeners), it will be responsibly discarded.
This approach allows us to steward usable items well while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
Shipping Policy for Exchanges
Size Exchanges
- Customer is responsible for return shipping back to us.
- LEVITICI covers shipping costs for the replacement item back to you.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- We cover all shipping costs full circle.
- A prepaid return label will be provided via email.
Important Policies
- Only one return request per order is permitted. Please include all issues in one request.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or returned to you. See "What happens to denied items" above.
- The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Made-to-order / custom order items
- Sale items
- Final sale items
- Pre-ordered items
- Promotional items
- Personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items worn, washed, or not in resale condition
