Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for shopping with LEVITICI and supporting a local small business. We sincerely appreciate your purchase.

 

 

Order Processing Times

In-Stock Items

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days, depending on order volume.
  • During peak demand periods (holidays, product launches, limited drops, or promotional sales), fulfillment may extend to 5–7 business days.

Out-of-Stock Items
Typically fulfilled within 15–20 business days.

Made-to-Order Items (Sweatshirts, Hoodies & Workwear)
Fulfilled within 20-25 business days from the date your order is placed.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

Once fulfilled, orders are typically shipped the same or next business day. Delivery generally occurs within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected carrier.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. LEVITICI is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

You will receive email notifications when your order is fulfilled and again once it has shipped.

 

 

Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground.

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping on orders $99 and over (Lower 48 states) will be shipped using standard ground service with the carrier of our choice.

P.O. Boxes
All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be delivered via USPS.

We plan to expand shipping to U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses in the future.

 

 

Orders Containing Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items ship together once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please email customerservice@levitici.com to request a partial shipment.

  • Partial shipments require an additional shipping fee.
  • Orders qualifying for Free Shipping on orders $99+ (Lower 48 states) will still incur a shipping charge for the partial shipment; the final shipment will remain free.

 

 

Limited Run & Pre-Order Items

Limited run and pre-order items enter production after the closing date listed on the product page and are fulfilled within 3–5 business days after production is completed. Production time is typically 20-30 business days.

If fulfillment exceeds the timelines listed above, we will contact you to discuss available options. We strive to process and ship every order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and support.

 

 

International Shipping (Coming in the future)

We are working toward offering international shipping in the future. Shipping rates, delivery timelines, and available destinations will be provided once this service becomes available.
